On March 5, 2024, Benoît Laroche de Roussane was appointed Deputy CEO for Administration.

After multi-disciplinary scientific studies at the École Polytechnique (mathematics, physics, computer science, economics and biology), Benoît Laroche de Roussane joined the civil service in the budget department - a privileged position from which to observe and learn about the workings of the State and its operators. From his very first post in 2010, in the Higher Education and Research Office, he found himself at the crossroads between ESR players on the one hand, and at the heart of the dynamics of territorial anchoring and national policies on the other, with his sights set on the transformation of a sector that is key to France's sovereignty and competitiveness.

After two other positions in summary functions (work on programming the State budget and then monitoring budget execution), Benoît Laroche de Roussane joined the private sector in 2015 and the Casino Group, first in Paris and then in Brazil. In a country and sector undergoing rapid digital transformation, he was responsible for the company's strategy. In three years, he combined store transformation projects with the definition of the group's digital strategy - which resulted in the acquisition of two start-ups. At the same time, he has taken resolute action to maintain the competitiveness of the company's banners.

Returning to the budget department in 2019 as deputy director in charge of wage policy and public management, he is implementing projects to modernize the financial function - redefining the place and role of controllers, reforming the responsibility of public managers, budget deconcentration - and wage policy - co-constructing with the DGAFP the reform of the senior civil service and participating in particular in work on the attractiveness of the civil service.
