SIMBIOTX

The overall objective of SIMBIOTX is the implementation of computational models and tools with applications in systems medicine, systems biotechnology, and systems toxicology to guide clinical and experimental designs and decisions. Processes of interest are biological tissue reorganisation, regeneration, damage and disease progression as well as related transport and flow processes. SIMBIOTX aims at spatial-temporal in silico twins of the respective in vitro and in vivo systems at multiple levels.
