Visual servoing in robotics, computer vision, and augmented reality

Team presentation

Lagadic has been created in December 2004 in Rennes. Since April 2012, Lagadic is located both in Rennes and Sophia-Antipolis. The Lagadic part in Rennes is also an Irisa group.

Our research mainly deals with robot vision, visual servoing, real time visual tracking and SLAM for applications in localization, manipulation, navigation, medical robotics, and augmented reality.

Lagadic is equipped with several robotics platforms and develops the ViSP software.
