Self-assembling approximation methods
Self-assembling approximation methods

High-dimensional problems are ubiquitous in science and engineering. Although the recently developed methods for high-dimensional function approximation have obtained encouraging results, they have an extremely high energy consumption and often lack guarantees. The objective of this project is to circumvent these issues by developing a novel generation of energy efficient self-assembling methods, guaranteeing parsimony and error criteria.
