InnovaHeart, a workshop on the digital heart around 5 European projects

The European Commission's ambition is to develop an integrated human digital twin in Europe and to create a highly diverse ecosystem of modeling and simulation approaches with a coherent roadmap.

Cardiac pathologies are a medical concern that the European Commission has identified as a particularly relevant case study for the development of digital health.

In this context, a one-day workshop on the digital heart has been initiated by the European project SimCardioTest and co-organized by other European projects such as SIMCor, SimInSitu, the CSA EDITH and the inEurHeart project funded by EIT Health. This day will bring together the European scientific community, startups, SMEs and industrial companies working on the digital heart on March 22 in Bordeaux.

This workshop is a combination of conferences, round tables and demonstrations. A space will also be set up to present the various open source software developed by Inria, such as: Fed-BioMed, MedInria, PrimetimeIRE, Shanoir, Sofa & Clinica.
This day, an opportunity to exchange knowledge and discuss the state of the art, will open the perspectives of exploitation and regulatory approval, contributing to the creation of an e-health ecosystem dedicated to heart wellness and cardiovascular diseases.
