Intelligent Mobility and our Environment
Inria is pleased to invite you to the Inria-Industry Meetings on intelligent mobility, which will take place on Tuesday 20 November 2018 from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. The event will be held at Station F, Halle Freyssinet in the 13tharrondissement of Paris.
It will show, in particular, how optimised data management based on artificial intelligence , robotics , secure communication and sensors can serve to improve the performance of systems and offer new services related to mobility and the urban environment.
This initiative will be based in large part on the White Paper on Autonomous and Connected Vehicles produced and published by Inria in May. It will be structured around the following main attractions:
- An innovative technology demonstration area,
- A start-up village.
For twenty years, Inria has organised “Inria-Industry Meetings”, during which it showcases its research and technology transfer activities to companies in a given sector.
The aim of these sessions is both to promote Inria's work and to better understand the needs of industry partners in order to establish links between the two communities that may lead to new collaborations or technology transfer projects.
The day is organised around demonstrations relevant to the sector in question, carried out by Inria’s teams and SMEs that were started up by or are partners of Inria, and is rounded off with themed lectures.
The meetings are organised in partnership with competitiveness clusters in the chosen sector, in which Inria plays a key role, and target companies in the sector, particularly innovative small and medium-sized enterprises.
