Technology transfers

Research work may lead to inventions and the development of new software which is distributed in 3 main ways:
- through a "free licence" based on one of the classic "open source" distribution licences
- through a "licence for evaluation", of limited duration, for the business's internal testing and experimentation purposes
- through a "patent licence", enabling the business to integrate the software in a product or market it.
