Isabelle Terrasse, Director of the Inria Bordeaux - Sud-Ouest research centre
Since 1 November 2010, Isabelle Terrasse has been the director of the Inria Bordeaux - Sud-Ouest research centre.
Graduated of the Ecole Polytechnique and doctor in applied mathematics, Isabelle Terrasse has worked since 1996 within the EADS group, where she has held several positions and responsibilities within the mathematical modelling and computational simulation groups.
Currently Vice Chairperson of EADS Innovation Works in Paris/Suresnes and a lecturer at the Ecole Polytechnique, she is also a member of numerous scientific committees and has served on the Inria evaluation committee since 2008.
Isabelle Terrasse is a Knight in the Order of Academic Palms and a Knight in the French National Order of Merit.
