Anchored in a strong regional dynamic of technological innovation, the Grenoble research centre relies on the regional development and technology transfer structures to support its technology transfer actions and has developed strategic partnerships with large regional companies, such as Schneider, ST Microelectronics and CEA, in particular.
Technology transfer to SMEs is also realising its full potential in competitiveness clusters, such as Minalogic based in Grenoble, which is devoted to miniature smart systems, and Imaginove based in Lyon, specialising in image, video, and multimedia.
