Séminaire des équipes-projets
Differential Algebra methods for the analysis of chemical networks
- Date : 23/11/2012
- Place : Inria Rocquencourt, Amphi A. Turing, Bâtiment 1
- Guests : Prof François Boullier, Université de Lille
- Organisers : Equipe-projet Contraintes
The differential algebra is an algebraic theory for polynomial differential equations, such as the ones arising from chemical reaction systems, by application to the mass-action law. In this talk, I will present it through some applications, illustrated by software demonstrations. The software, which is a MAPLE package, actually is just an interface for a stand-alone, open source, C library, developed in the computer algebra team of Lille.
