Differential Algebra methods for the analysis of chemical networks

The differential algebra is an algebraic theory for polynomial differential equations, such as the ones arising from chemical reaction systems, by application to the mass-action law. In this talk, I will present it through some applications, illustrated by software demonstrations. The software, which is a MAPLE package, actually is just an interface for a stand-alone, open source, C library, developed in the computer algebra team of Lille.
