European Research Network on System Identification
Modelling of dynamical systems is fundamental in almost all disciplines of science and engineering, ranging from life science to plant-wide process control. Engineering uses models for the design and analysis of complex technical systems. System identification concerns the construction, estimation and validation of mathematical models of dynamical physical or engineering phenomena from experimental data.

Semaine de la mobilité
Dans le cadre de la semaine européenne de la mobilité, l'équipe-projet Axis organise une série de rencontres avec les citoyens à Nice, Antibes et Sophia Antipolis autour de la qualité urbaine et/ou des transports. Ces expérimentations s'inscrivent dans le cadre du ICT usage Lab qui vise à mettre au point de nouveaux produits et services s'appuyant sur les sciences du numérique centrés sur les utilisateurs et les usages des nouvelles technologies.

Preprocessing or data reductions means reducing the input to something simpler by solving an easy part of the input and this is the type of algorithms used in almost every application. In spite of wide practical applications of preprocessing, a systematic theoretical study of such algorithms remains elusive.
